Trump Goes On Anti-CNN Tirade During Unhinged Public Meltdown – This Is Madness

Donald Trump rarely rests his Twitter fingers, and Monday morning was certainly not a day of rest for the President on the social media platform.

Following a number of tweets about Russia and the American intelligence agency, he threw out perhaps his biggest “alternative fact” of the morning:

‘Just heard Fake News CNN is doing polls again despite the fact that their election polls were a WAY OFF disaster. Much higher ratings at Fox.’

Donald Trump’s control and disparagement on the free press has really gone too far – how is it that in a country which starkly stands behind everyone’s first amendment rights to free speech, that the president is able to pit one news outlet against another, because they report unfavorably on him?

What makes this absolutely hysterical is the fact that Fox News polls have tanked nearly across the board. According to a recent report, 63 percent of Fox viewers are concerned over ties between Trump and Russia and that Congress should investigate.

According to a recent Fox News viewer poll, 63 percent of those surveyed say Congress should investigate Trump’s ties to Russia. At the top of the Fox stats, they reported only a 47 percent viewer agreement with how he is managing the economy, 45 percent for how he is managing terrorism, 41 percent agree with his immigration policies. At the bottom, a pitiful 35 percent agree with the repeal and replacement of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) with the American Health Care Act (ACHA) while a mere 33 percent like how Trump is poising the U.S./Russia relationship.

Donald Trump tried to run a similar misinformation campaign back in February against CNN, NBC and other outlets which obtained negative results about him. He quite literally tried to assert that unequivocally all data which was negative about him was “fake news.”

CNN was not taking any of that lying down though and slammed back through a series of articles and videos which ripped the President a new life over his preposterous assertion and attempts to discredit them over reporting real facts.

It is unlikely for this reason that the feud will end anytime soon, but the fact remains that this is a president who ought to have about a dozen more handlers than he has. America cannot continue this way.
