Former President Of Mexico Responds To Trump’s ‘Witch Hunt’ Tweet – Get Ready

President Trump, not surprisingly, has not taken the appointment of a special prosecutor to lead the investigation into his Russia ties very well. After releasing an official statement last night in response to the news, he lashed out on Twitter this morning, saying that he is part of the “single greatest witch hunt” in American history.

‘This is the single greatest witch hunt of a politician in American history!’

He was still carrying on a few hours later:

‘With all of the illegal acts that took place in the Clinton campaign & Obama Administration, there was never a special counsel appointed!’

Many people have already responded to the President’s latest tantrum, including former Mexican President Vicente Fox. Fox, a longtime critic of the President, tweeted at Trump on Thursday morning and called for him to resign.

‘Not liking the attention, huh @realDonaldTrump? You wanted in, now put up with it. After all, you’re a “President”, right? No? Then leave!’

This is not the first time that Fox has told Trump to give up his post. Last month, just before the President was set to celebrate his 100th day in office, Fox tweeted at Trump and suggested that he “just leave” and “go back to golfing.”

‘@realDonaldTrump, a 100 days! Being President ain’t easy, you know? You’re tired, just leave, go back to golfing. America will understand.’

Fox has actually been trolling the President pretty hard for the last 24 hours, reminding him that, as the leader of the country, he needs to learn to handle criticism.

‘@realDonaldTrump, don’t go all weepy on me! You’ve got what you wanted: you’re the center of attention, but not the kind you wanted, right?’

‘You have to take criticism as President and handle it like a man, because it isn’t going away, we have a long road ahead.’

Fox is not wrong, especially about the fact that “we have a long road ahead.” The investigation into Trump’s Russia ties is going to continue, and his outrage over this only seems to prove that he has something to hide. We’ll all learn the truth soon enough; in the meantime, we can watch Trump unravel — and watch Fox enjoy every minute of it — on Twitter.
