Saturday morning saw the gruesome end to an apparent all-night party that concluded with the deaths of three unidentified adults riding in a rented party bus. The shooting occurred at around 3:30 Saturday morning in Rockford, Illinois. The driver of the bus sped away upon hearing gunshots, and the shooter was able to evade capture.
The adult party bus was rented out from “Distinguished Gentleman,” a private entertainment company, according to a CBS affiliate.
Police arrived at the scene to find three departed victims inside the bus, and a shaken up bus driver.

According to WIFR 23:
“Police say they responded to the 400 block of Springfield Avenue for reports of several people being shot. When police got to the scene they found three people dead inside a private charter bus that had been rented out on Friday.”
“During an investigation, police say the suspect was a passenger on the bus. Police say the shooting took place near Auburn Street and Johnston Avenue. The bus then drove to Springfield Avenue where the bus driver called the police and met with officers.”
The shooter is currently evading police. Law enforcement is asking everyone in the area to be on alert for suspicious activity.
