Former ‘Roseanne’ Writer Takes Barr To Task During Expletive-Filled Rant Like A Boss


Roseanne Barr is in a world of hurt Tuesday morning after she faced the biggest backlash of her life for a racist remark she made about black Obama Administration official, Valerie Jarrett. The tweet compared Jarrett’s appearance to that of a “Muslim” monkey. She said:

“Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj,” according to The NY Daily News.”

That’s when things exploded. Producer Wanda Sykes resigned instantly upon hearing the news.

Roseanne took to Twitter to try and repair the damage, saying:

The damage had already been done, however. Shortly after that, the ABC Network cancelled the show effective immediately.

Now, a former writer for the doomed franchise and executive producer of Modern Family released this, sure to blow back Rosie’s hair:

“I wrote on the original “Roseanne” where we used to denounce nativism, racism & homophobia. Nauseating to see what she’s become. Looking forward to continue not watching this show.”

“Hard to believe a woman who supports a man who calls nazis “very fine people,” would turn out to be a miserable racist bag of shit. I’m definitely team !”
