Donald Trump spokeswoman Katrina Pierson cries for a “pure-breed candidate” for president. When asked about her remarks she doesn’t apologize for them but instead adds more nonsense to her already illogical twitter post from 2012.
Pierson goes on to say:
‘I’m an activist and I am a half-breed. I’m always getting called a half-breed…I myself am a half-breed’
There are breeds of horses, dogs, cats, cows, however I have never heard of humans being categorized as breeds. Pierson brings us back to a time where people are being compared to animals and even comparing herself to one in the process.
Pierson makes her claims based on the facts that Barack Obama’s father was born in Africa, and Mitt Romney’s father was born in Mexico. The statement came during the 2012 presidential campaign when Pierson pleaded for a pure-breed candidate, Pierson’s interpretation of that being both parents of candidates are born in the United States.
Humans are all of the same breed, though Pierson’s mindset may be closer on the spectrum to an animal herself, she is supposed to be much more evolved. So no, she is not a half-breed, she is mixed-race. Obama is not a half-breed, either, they are all humans and should be classified as such.
‘We have entered silly season. Donald Trump is up in the polls. There’s desperate campaigns out there, they can’t take him down so they try to take down the people that are around him. And we’re just not going to get distracted by all that nonsense.’
To make matters worse, her only explanation for her moronic comments is that it is “silly season” and you respond to people with the same foolishness they’re sending you. Pierson feels these belittling remarks are excusable because she said them about herself as well. Under no circumstances should someone so involved in politics, anyone for that matter, compare humans to animals and expect it to all just blow over.
