Conservatives wasted no time to politicize the terror attack in Brussels Tuesday which resulted in 34 dead and wounded 170 more people. At the time of the attack, President Barack Obama was visiting Cuba. It was a historic moment with the first U.S. president to visit Cuba in nearly a century.
But that is a bad thing, according to Conservatives who are totally losing their sh*t over the visit.
Newt Gingrich tweeted, “Obama’s standing in front of Che Guevara giant mural deliberate endorsement of Communist revolutionary or bad staffing?I bet deliberate.”

It’s only bad if Obama does it.
Obama was in Cuba and Brussels was attacked – apparently Conservatives see a connection because Presidents never ever leave the US.
Washington Post contributor Marc Thiessen, a former speechwriter for Bush, tweeted, ”Brussels under attack. Obama on a tourist trio in Havana with his family. Says it all.”

#Brussels please let this be the day Obama grows a pair.

My thoughts with the victims of the terrorist attacks in Brussels. And yesterday Obama posing smiling with sponsors of terrorism in Cuba.

Horror in Brussels & Trump spoke on it in the past. Now it happened – where is Obama? In Cuba, Brussels attack is very low on hid list list

Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump tweeted, “President Obama looks and sounds so ridiculous making his speech in Cuba, especially in the shadows of Brussels. He is being treated badly!”

Trump then appeared on Fox News’ “Fox And Friends,” to suggest closing America’s borders to prevent terrorism from reaching U.S. shores, Talking Points Memo reports.
“Well, again, I think I said it. I would close up our borders to people, until we figure out what’s going on,” Trump said. “Look at Brussels, look at Paris, look at so many cities that were great cities. Paris is almost as bad.”
This sort of rhetoric follows Trump’s call in December to ban all Muslims from entering America’s borders.
“We have have to be smart in the U.S. And when people come in, I mean, we’re taking in, we’re taking in people without real documentation. We don’t know where they’re coming from. We don’t know what they’re, you know, we don’t know where they’re from, who they are. You look at them and look at them from any standpoint, they could be ISIS,” Trump said in reference to the Islamic State. “They could be ISIS-related.”
The hotel magnate was asked on NBC’s ‘Today’ how ‘President Trump’ would handle a terror attack, and of course, it has to do with torturing suspects and closing borders.
President Obama is being briefed on the attack.
Dumb tweet of the Day goes to Ben Shapiro who recently resigned as Editor-at-large at Breitbart, “I assume the left is okay with “thoughts and prayers” today, since we’re not talking about guns.

Sure, Ben. Let’s not talk about America’s problem with gun violence. Let’s only talk about terror attacks in other countries.
