Donald Trump is in Scotland this morning to cut the ribbon for his newly remodeled Turnberry golf course. Local farmers began their protests before Trump arrived by raising Mexican flags just to spite Donald’s ideas of building a wall between America and Mexico.
It wasn’t only famers who were angry about Trump’s 2-day business trip just in time for the Brexit ordeal, in which Britain decided to leave the European Union. An English prankster named Lee Nelson just crashed the press conference Trump had set up on the ninth hole of the course.
Nelson threw handfuls of red golf balls decorated with the Nazi swastika symbol. Security was very slow to react, as you can see by the video below, the ground is already covered in balls as Nelson appears to be extending his arms to throw another.
Thats when secret service stepped in, forming a barrier between the comedian and the Republican presidential nominee. The comedian then turned to address the crowd, showing off Nazi balls. Finally, he says something that triggers security to drag him off the course.
Donald Trump then begins his speech as if nothing had happened. Trump is not very popular in Scotland. According to reports, his business tactics are not agreeable. That didn’t stop Trump from addressing Britain “taking back their country,” only seconds after stepping foot off the helicopter. Trump said this about Brexit:
“They’re angry over borders, they’re angry over people coming into the country and taking over, nobody even knows who they are.”
“I think it’s a great thing that happened. People are angry, all over the world. People, they’re angry.”
“When the pound goes down, more people are coming to Turnberry, frankly. For traveling and for other things, I think it very well could turn out to be a positive.”
