Donald Trump may have ended his political career yesterday when he invited Russia to continue hacking the Democratic presidential nominee until all of the missing emails are found. People were shocked at the message Trump had for Russian hackers at a press conference on Wednesday, when he said:
“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the thirty thousand emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press. Let’s see if that happens.”
The statement was very clear evidence of a collusion between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. The long-speculated besties are working together to get Trump elected to the White House while Trump promises to make radical changes in Crimea that would lift Russian sanctions.
Senate Minority Leader, Harry Reid, has now called on all leaders in national security to deny Donald Trump access to sensitive national intelligence information. Reid said:
“How would the CIA and the other intelligence agencies brief this guy? How could they do that? I would suggest to the intelligence agencies, if you’re forced to brief this guy, don’t tell him anything, just fake it, because this man is dangerous. Fake it, pretend you’re doing a briefing, but you can’t give the guy any information. This guy, he’s part of a foreign power. We knew he liked Putin before this, but this is quite ridiculous.”
Officials in intelligence say the hackers responsible for the WikiLeaks of DNC emails and Voicemails that uncovered a plot to overthrow the Sanders campaign and ensure that Hillary is the victor, were from Russia. Those released documents have only fueled the fire between supporters of Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.
“I guess the only way we can find out is perhaps Donald can call Putin and say, ‘what else do you have?’ We know there are connections between Putin and Trump. How do we know that? He said so. And I’ve never heard Putin deny it. In fact, he has done just the opposite.”
According to Politico, the plan to make Crimea into a Russian territory is a disastrous one that needs to be stopped:
“The annexation of Crimea violated international law and sparked a prolonged and bloody conflict in the Ukraine. It was an unacceptable act of aggression that has no place in a post-WWII world. But here Trump is, ready to “look into” giving it his official stamp of approval.”
Other reports say that:
“The Crimean Peninsula has been part of Ukraine for decades, but Russian President Vladimir Putin annexed the territory in March 2014 after a popular revolt toppled Kiev’s pro-Russian government.”
