BREAKING: Clinton Campaign FLOORED As Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed Against Hillary (DETAILS)

Patricia Smith and Charles Woods, parents of Benghazi victims Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods, filed a wrongful death and negligence lawsuit today against former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton. The lawsuit goes even further, accusing Clinton of defamation and the intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit, filed in the US District Court of the District of Columbia, accuses Hillary Clinton of directly causing the deaths of US Ambassador Sean Smith and CIA contractor Tyrone Woods. US Ambassador Chris Stevens and CIA contractor Glen Doherty were also among the victims during that attack. Smith and Woods claim in the lawsuit that the deaths were caused as a result of Clinton’s handling of classified information.

‘It is highly probable, given Defendant Clinton’s history of reckless handling of classified information, that Defendant Clinton, as Secretary of State, sent and received information about 2 Ambassador Christopher Stevens and thus the U.S. Department of State activities and covert operations that the deceased were a part of in Benghazi, Libya. This information was compromised from the second that it left Defendant Clinton’s private e-mail server and easily found its way to foreign powers including, but not limited to Russia, Iran, China, and North Korea. As a direct result of Defendant Clinton’s reckless handling of this classified, sensitive information, Islamic terrorists were able to obtain the whereabouts of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and thus the U.S. State Department and covert and other government operations in Benghazi.’

The lawsuit further claims that Clinton made “false and defamatory statements” when she is alleged to have told Smith and Woods that a YouTube video was the motive behind the attack. Hillary denies this claim and the family members of the two other victims also say that they never heard Clinton mention the video and that they do not hold Clinton responsible for the deaths of their loved ones.

It is worth mentioning here that a Republican-led investigation that lasted two years cleared Hillary Clinton of blame over the attacks in Benghazi and an FBI investigation of Clinton’s email server showed no signs of any security breach.

Clinton responded to questions about these allegations during a Fox News interview with Chris Wallace just over a week ago. To see that interview and Clinton’s answers, see video below:
