Donald Trump is weeping over his Egg McMuffin this morning after a video was released in which acclaimed actor Robert De Niro verbally annihilates the Republican presidential nominee. In the video, a visibly angry De Niro doesn’t hold back his thoughts about exactly what kind of man he thinks Donald Trump is.
De Niro’s “Get Out The Vote” video includes the following brutal takedown of the overly confident, and falsely arrogant, presidential candidate:
“He’s so blatantly stupid. He’s a punk, he’s a dog, he’s a pig, a con, a bullsh*t artist, a mutt. he doesn’t know what hes talking about, doesn’t do his homework, doesn’t care, thinks he’s gaming society, doesn’t pay his taxes, he’s an idiot.”
De Niro continued:
“Colin Powell said it best, he’s a national disaster, he’s an EMBARRASSMENT to this country. It makes me so angry that this country has gotten to this point, that this fool, this bozo, has wound up where he has.”
“He talks about how he wants to punch people in the face. well, I’d like to punch him in the face.”
The beloved actor becomes more and more upset as the video continues. He asks, “this is the person we want to be president? I don’t think so.” De Niro expresses grave concerns for the future of the nation if Donald Trump should be elected president.
This is probably the most brutal attack on Trump’s character by a public figure. It speaks volumes to the amount of fear that has filled the heart’s of Americans at the very possibility of a Trump administration leading the country. And for good reason. The world has never seen a leader like Trump. Not only is he dangerous because he lacks morals and self-control, but he is dangerous because he is the most unqualified person to ever get this far in an American election.
Remember how terrifying it was when we thought there was a chance of Sarah Palin becoming the country’s vice president? This is about a thousand times scarier than that. At least we had John McCain running the show then, although, he’s not someone I’d ever vote for, but he’s a brave veteran with an extensive knowledge of war, at the very least. Trump literally has nothing on his resume that could have prepared him for being the president of the United States.
I’m with De Niro.
