Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is facing new sexual harassment allegations of groping a female employee at one of his dinner parties in 1999, a claim that Thomas is calling “preposterous.”

Moira Smith, who is now vice president and general counsel to Enstar Natural Gas Co., told National Law Journal that she chose to speak out against Thomas in the wake of Donald Trump’s 2005 hot mic conversation, when the Republican candidate bragged about being able to sexually assault women and get away with it because of his celebrity status.

Writing about her experiences, Smith said in a Facebook post:

‘Donald Trump said when you’re a star, they let you do it; you can do anything. The idea that we as victims let them do it made me mad. Sure enough, Justice Thomas did it with I think an implicit pact of silence that I would be so flattered and star-struck and surprised that I wouldn’t say anything. I played the chump. I didn’t say anything.’

Smith said she was alone with Thomas at one point during the party, which is when he made his move on her. Only 23-years-old at the time, she recalled setting the place next to him when he reached out and grabbed her butt, pulling her closer to him. He then asked where she was sitting, while squeezing her butt again, and suggested that she should come sit next to him as he groped her a couple more times. As she made up an excuse, he squeezed her one last time asking, “Are you sure?”

Um, yes. She’s sure. No woman wants your disgusting hands even touching them.

Smith’s three former roommates during the spring and summer of 1999, as well as her now ex-husband, all state that they remember Smith telling them about being groped by Thomas. This allegation comes almost 25 years after Thomas was appointed to the Supreme Court.

During his Supreme Court confirmation hearings in 1991, a law professor by the name of Anita Hill testified that she had been sexually harassed by Thomas when he was her supervisor at the U.S. Department of Education and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

When more than one person has accused someone of sexual assault, that definitely raises a red flag. More importantly, when you think about it, the second woman who is accusing Thomas of sexual harassment was only 23 years old at the time. The perverted old man is 68 now, so that means he would have been 51-years-old at the time. That’s right, old enough to be her father. What a SICK man.
