What’s scarier than Donald Trump and Mike Pence in the White House? Donald Trump’s top cabinet picks…And Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar from The View are PISSED.

While too many others in the mainstream media treat the president-elect like he’s a “controversial” figure, Goldberg and Behar have called him out him for what he is: A fascist in the making. On Tuesday, Joy Behar expressed alarm at the election results and warned, “this is what fascism looks like.”

Some had hoped the president-elect would make good on his victory speech pledge to “be a president for all Americans” after his hateful campaign. Alas, Donald Trump’s top cabinet picks — starting with the wife-beating, alt-wrong white nationalist Steve Bannon as chief strategist — are not reassuring.

When The View women gathered again on Friday, they talked about the latest entry in Mein Trumpf’s House of Horrors: Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) as Attorney General. That’s right: A man who once called a black federal prosecutor “boy” and slammed civil rights groups as “un-American” will lead the U.S. Justice Department.

Sunny Hostin, ABC’s senior legal analyst, explained. The U.S. Attorney General “sets the tone and it goes all the way down.” She added her friends from the Civil Rights division are sending out their resumés because they’re sure Trump’s administration will slash their funding.

Paula Faris chimed in to add the former KKK Grand Wizard David Duke’s seal of approval is “the most damning thing” about Donald Trump’s top cabinet picks…Yet she insists she’s an optimist and hopes people can set aside their differences.

But Whoopi Goldberg was not having it. Instead of singing “Kumbaya,” she dropped the hammer down.

‘I’m an optimist, too. This does not make me optimistic. This pisses me off.’

After all, it’s easy to excuse Donald Trump’s top cabinet picks and to say racism and hate are no longer “a thing” when neither you nor your ancestors (at least the ones you know about) have ever experienced it.

‘We have fought in this country ever since  — the people talk about “You try to put stuff behind you,” listen: The Native Americans who were here before everybody had trouble, okay? So we tried to fix that, we tried to make it better.’

And if Donald Trump and his top cabinet picks won’t uphold the Law of the Land — which has included civil rights for over 50 years — why do they want to be involved in our government?

‘And if you’re talking about  “it’s a backward move to do civil rights,” why are you even running? Why don’t you just stay home if that’s how you feel?’

The fact is, they may not like blacks, Hispanics, women, Muslims, and LGBT people…but guess what? No one’s going anywhere.

‘This is America, black people are not going anywhere they are not going to be slaves anymore, so take that out of your head. Muslims who were born here as Americans are not going anywhere. We’re not going anywhere. I don’t know why you don’t get this part!’
