Trump Just Did His Biggest Flip-Flop Yet – Republicans Are Absolutely Livid (TWEET)

Donald Trump is yet again flip-flopping all over Twitter this morning, and it’s happening while his previous position is still plainly visible on his feed.

On Wednesday at 4:22 a.m., Trump decided there was no better time to tweet out his support of Julian Assange. Assange had previously appeared on Fox News to discuss the DNC security breach, as his whistle-blowing company WikiLeaks was briefly implicated.

Of course, Trump isn’t particularly interested in Julian Assange himself, he just wishes to use his statements to validate his election victory. He tweeted:

“Julian Assange said “a 14 year old could have hacked Podesta” – why was DNC so careless? Also said Russians did not give him the info!”

Trump’s primary concerns regarding this DNC breach have been very clear, and uncharacteristically consistent. He asserts Russian innocence (despite evidence to the contrary) and tries to make the DNC look careless or incompetent because of the hacks.

This morning however, Trump is crying “dishonest media” again, for reporting his stance:

‘The dishonest media likes saying that I am in Agreement with Julian Assange – wrong. I simply state what he states, it is for the people…’

‘to make up their own minds as to the truth. The media lies to make it look like I am against “Intelligence” when in fact I am a big fan!’

First things first: sharing Julian Assange’s argument is giving power to his opinion. We might be able to believe that Trump was just reporting the facts if he didn’t tweet out Assange’s statement followed by a statement which proves his trust in what Assange is saying.

Calling the DNC careless just because Julian Assange says Podesta was easy to hack, means that you trust that it was easy.

Also, what is this new world we’ve all woken up to where Donald Trump is a big fan of “intelligence”? This is a President-elect who avoided intelligence briefings. Further, not even two days ago, Trump was hinting that American intelligence agencies were building a fake case against Russia:

‘The “Intelligence” briefing on so-called “Russian hacking” was delayed until Friday, perhaps more time needed to build a case. Very strange!’

That certainly doesn’t sound like the words of a person who respects, or is a “big fan” of American intelligence agencies. More frightening is the only alternate possibility from what he’s said: he’s a big fan of an agency that he is sure is corrupt.
