The profoundly hypocritical president-elect is at it again with this Twitter fingers. This time however, it isn’t his message that is the problem.
In observance of Martin Luther King Day, Trump tweeted this morning:
‘Celebrate Martin Luther King Day and all of the many wonderful things that he stood for. Honor him for being the great man that he was!’

Does Trump have any idea who Martin Luther King was? Martin Luther King is probably rolling in his grave knowing that Trump is utilizing this day to elevate himself despite the racist rhetoric of his campaign. The way he so recently disrespected the contributions of Rep. John Lewis, civil rights activist and Georgia’s 5th congressional district (his district) further the hypocrisy of Trump’s tweets. It is worth noting as well, that MLK was born in Atlanta, Georgia.
Let’s not forget either that Donald Trump was the endorsed candidate for the white supremacists everywhere, including the infamous KKK.
Some of MLK’s most famous quotes show just how hypocritical it is for Donald Trump: America’s great exploiter and divider to observe MLK Day:
‘Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.’
‘Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.’
‘We must learn to live together as brothers or perish together as fools.’
Trump really is as stupid as he looks.
