Wikileaks just announced via their Twitter page that they are now taking submissions from the public. The tweet sent out just before noon on Sunday urges any and everyone with access to Donald Trump’s tax returns to submit the documents to their website.

Wikileaks tweeted the following:

This means that anyone who may have access, but does not want to be sued for doing so, will be able to release the documents to the public without having their names associated to the leak.

Since we know that Trump uses his powerful legal team to bully his way in and out of every situation he pleases, it would be no surprise if their were people who wanted the information released, but couldn’t for fear of being sued into nonexistence.

Earlier Sunday morning, Wikileaks tweeted the following:

Something tells me we will be seeing those documents sooner than we’d thought.

The “counselor” to the president, Kellyanne Conway, also said this to ABC on Sunday:

“We litigated this all through the election. People didn’t care.”

“They voted for him, and let me make this very clear: most Americans are — are very focused on what their tax returns will look like while President Trump is in office, not what his look like.”

Wrong.
