Katy Perry performed on the Grammy stage tonight and followed up her vocal support of Hillary Clinton on the 2016 campaign trail with a loud and rebellious political statement against President Donald Trump.
While performing her new single, “Chained to the Rhythm,” Perry chose to wear a Clinton-style white pantsuit, a Planned Parenthood pin, and a black #Resist armband. At the end of the song, Perry yelled out “No hate!” The words of the United States Constitution were projected onto the wall behind her.
Twitter reacted en masse to the statement.

Perry previously lent her song “Roar” to the Clinton campaign ad and appeared at a Hillary Clinton rally to perform just days before the Nov. 8 election. Perry also recently changed her Twitter bio to read “Artist. Activist. Conscious.”
