Pilot Flies Into Delusional Rant About Trump & Clinton – Passengers Flee (VIDEO)

A United Airlines flight from Austin, Texas, to San Francisco, got off to a rocky start this weekend when the pilot’s bizarre rant scared passengers to the point that almost two dozen of them got off the plane before she could take off.

The pilot has not been publicly identified, but individuals on the flight, who presumably don’t know who she is either, have described to the media what happened.

According to passengers, the pilot got on the plane and turned to give those getting ready to fly a pre-flight address — and that’s when things went downhill. The pilot, who was in civilian clothes and not her uniform, reportedly asked passengers to “take a vote” as to whether or not she should change into her uniform before flying. She then proceeded to apologize for her strange behavior, saying that she was struggling to get through a divorce.

Pam O’Neal, who was on the flight, told local media, “She started off by saying that she had not voted for either Trump or Clinton, because ‘they’re a bunch of liars.'”

Sure, Trump and Clinton may, in fact, both be “liars.” But this incident highlights, perhaps, just what level many in this nation have been brought to thanks to the tense, virulent political climate. On a related note, there were reports about LGBT youth suicide prevention hotlines experiencing record spikes in calls following Trump’s election win.

While this is just one isolated incident with the seemingly out of her mind airline pilot, it still helps reveal that, underneath all the headlines about “alternative facts,” something is terribly wrong in the country, and it’s only getting worse.

At some point, the pilot referenced an interracial couple that was sitting in the front row, seemingly to, according to one eyewitness, “celebrate diversity.” However, Randy Reiss says, it wasn’t anything but extremely awkward.

Reiss chronicled his experience on the flight on his Twitter page, beginning by writing, “So, y’all. I’m shaking right now. I just left my United¬†flight 455 ‘cos the captain demonstrated that she was not mentally in a safe space.”

The pilot, who kicked off her bizarre antics after arriving late, was eventually removed from the flight before it could take off and replaced with someone else.
