U.S. Veterans Come Together & Release Blistering Anti-Trump Advertisement (VIDEO)

Throughout the course of his presidential campaign, Donald Trump constantly defended Russia and promised that he would build a stronger relationship between the U.S. and Russia. Some people found this a bit troubling since Russian president Vladamir Putin has been accused of numerous human rights violations. The U.S. has made alliances with dictatorships before, but this was different due to the rumors that Russia was aiding Trump.

Shortly after his victory, the intelligence community confirmed that Russia did interfere in the election in order to aid Trump. For his part, Trump has frequently denied these claims — despite the fact that his campaign repeatedly spoke with Kremlin officials.

Understandably, many people are concerned as to why the Kremlin would go out of their way to help Trump get elected. Part of it might have been due to fear of Hillary Clinton, but there have been unconfirmed rumors that the Russians might have some sort of damaging information on the president.

The Trump administration has refused to investigate this issue and frequently labels such claims as fake news, but not everyone is convinced. One such group is the organization known as VoteVets. Their website states:

‘Started in 2006 and backed by more than 500,000 veterans, military family members and their supporters, the mission of VoteVets.org is to use public issue campaigns to give a voice to veterans on matters of national security, veterans’ care, and every day issues that affect the lives of those who served, and their families.’

One of the issues VoteVets is seeking to organize around is Russia’s interference in the election. To this end, the group has put out an ad with Rear Admiral Michael Smith warning that they are going to pressure Congress to begin an investigation into Russia’s role in the presidential election. To ensure that Trump sees the ad, the group is going to run it during Morning Joe and Fox & Friends.

Honestly, we wouldn’t be surprised if Trump sent out a Tweet bashing the group for running the ad. He attacked the family a fallen soldier before, so attacking a veteran’s group wouldn’t be beyond him.
