Stephen King Just Went Ape Sh*t On Bill O’Reilly – You Don’t Want To Miss This

In general, Stephen King is known for his award-winning scary stories. Many of his books have been brought to life via the vivid images made possible through the scary, action packed, and mysterious movies that are based of his novels. What many people may not know is that King is also a fantastic author of clap back and diss tweets.

The latest to feel King’s wrath is the now fired and always controversial Fox News personality, Bill O’Reilly. Following in the steps of embattled former Fox CEO Roger Ailes, O’Reilly stands accused of sexually harassing several women.

Oddly enough, it doesn’t seem that it’s the sexual harassment that got O’Reilly the boot. The New York Times reports that it was the disclosure of settlements O’Reilly paid out that ultimately led to his termination.

Shortly after news of O’Reilly’s dismissal broke, Stephen King decided to weigh in. With one tweet, he spoke what many Americans have felt for a very long time:

Given how fed up people are with the nonchalant arrogance of the likes of Trump, O’Reilly, and others, King received a lot of support in response to his post:

This isn’t the first time King has used social media to put sexist, bigoted right-wingers in their places. At the height of Donald Trump’s wiretapping claims, King mocked Trump with a three part story that for many, made more sense than Trump’s claims:

All jokes and funny tweets aside, King’s repeated messages in solidarity for what’s right are refreshing reminders that some people really do know how to use their privilege for good.
