Trump Has Mid-Afternoon Blowout Over James Comey – A Meltdown Is Imminent

President Donald Trump has sounded off on Twitter about his decision to fire FBI Director James Comey. The tweet, of course, involves attacking and calling Democrats hypocrites. He tweeted:

‘Dems have been complaining for months & months about Dir. Comey. Now that he has been fired they PRETEND to be aggrieved. Phony hypocrites!’

Considering Comey did reopen the investigation into the Hillary email scandal shortly before election day, Democrats did and do have a reason to be perturbed with Comey. However, Comey was leading the investigation of the possibility of Trump colluding with Russians to sway the 2016 election.

In fact, he had requested more funding for the investigation. Additionally, grand jury subpoenas were issued to former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn’s business associates for his records trying to find any financial paper trail. Flynn resigned after it was found he lied about having contact with the Russians.

It’s not about Hillary Clinton. It’s about Russia and the eerie similarities to Nixon’s moves during the Watergate scandal.

Twitter users said as much. They weren’t having it and tore into Trump.

‘This has nothing to do with defending Comey & everything to do w you firing the director of the investigation into your corruption.’

The same user referred back to the grand jury subpoenas that were previously mentioned.

‘After you found out the FBI had issued subpoenas looking into your corruption, you abruptly fired their director. You’re so guilty.’

Another user pointed out the timing.

‘Then why didn’t you fire him months ago? And not right when the heat starts with your Russia ties?’

‘It’s g*ddamn astounding you didn’t realize how guilty this would make you look.’

‘You know that impeding an FBI investigation into yourself kind of looks bad, right?’

‘Oh the irony of you calling them hypocrites while you spoke so highly of Comey for the past 6 months! Resign.’
