W.H. Responds To Trump’s Sunday CNN Threat Like The Circus Just Came To Town

Donald Trump posted a violent threat to the CNN News network Friday morning, and the country is in an uproar over it. Trump’s continual attacks on CNN have taken a violent turn from ignorant to insidious. Trump is known for being childish, and generally lame, but this takes things to a whole other level.

The video Trump posted to his Twitter page this morning was an edited version of his WWE appearance. Check out the video below via the president’s social media profile:

Now, the White House’s Homeland Security Adviser, Thomas Bossert, has released a response to the unpresidential tweet on ABC’s ‘This Week:’

“So I’m proud of the president for developing a Twitter and a social media platform where he can talk directly to the American people. In fact, he’s the most genuine president and the most non-politician president that we’ve seen in my lifetime.”

When asked directly by Martha Raddatz if Sunday’s tweet seemed threatening, Bossert responded:

“Yes, it’s certainly not, though. I think that no one would perceive that as a threat. I hope they don’t. But I do think that he’s beaten up in a way on cable platforms that he has a right to respond to.”

“He’s the most genuine person and the people that see politicians and then see him find him to be someone that they can understand and relate to.”

The only people who can relate to Donald Trump are ignorant and so full of hate that they can’t even see straight. So long as the president is no longer a black man, they are going to give their unwavering support, even in the face of the devastation Trump continues to leave in his path.
