Prepare yourselves for Trump to begin shrieking “FAKE NEWS” at any point in the next few days. Though he may like to question the validity of polling results, he really can’t argue with the findings of multiple polling agencies when they all come to the same conclusion that nobody really likes Trump.
In several new polls released on Wednesday, it was revealed Trump’s approval rating is dipping even lower, if that’s even possible.
Quinnipiac University’s findings show that voters disapproved of the job Trump is doing by over 60 percent.
‘President Donald Trump plunges to a new low as American voters disapprove 61 – 33 percent of the job he is doing, according to a Quinnipiac University national poll released today.’
In the last Quinnipiac poll in June, it was found he had a disapproval rating of 55 to 40 percent. They noted that this is the lowest it’s ever been (at least until next month).
Furthermore, the poll found that 54 percent of Americans were embarrassed by the orange clown in chief. They also found 57 percent believed he’s abused his powers.
In addition, they found that Americans have a very dim view of his temperament. They found 62 percent believed he’s not honest, 63 percent believed he’s lacking in leadership skills, 59 percent felt he’s lied about caring for the working man, and 63 percent agreed he doesn’t have the same values they hold.
Furthermore, 63 percent of those polled believed Russia did interfere with the 2016 election and 58 percent believed Trump has done his best to obstruct the investigation.
We’re not done yet. That’s just the first poll.
In a second poll by POLITICO/Morning Consult, the same results were mirrored.
Regarding whether the country was going in the right direction, 62 percent of registered voters felt the country had seriously gotten off track. Of course, 68 percent of those voters registered as Republicans felt things were on the right track; however, 87 percent of Democrats felt it was on the wrong track, and 68 percent of Independents felt the same way.
When it came to Trump’s job approval rating, it was bleak. They found 41 percent of registered voters strongly disapproved of Trump’s job and 12 percent of registered voters some what disapproved.
Keep hanging with us. That’s not all.
The website 538’s approval tracker of Donald Trump found that Trump had a disapproval rating of 57.5 percent.
We’re still not done, and this one is the real kicker.
In the past, Trump has been a fan of the Rasmussen poll. Though analysts have concurred it’s not as accurate as other polling agencies, Trump has complimented the poll for its more favorable look on his presidency and called it the “most accurate.”
Specifically, he tweeted back in June:
‘The new Rasmussen Poll, one of the most accurate in the 2016 Election, just out with a Trump 50% Approval Rating. That’s higher than O’s #’s!’

The Rasmussen poll found that a whopping 62 percent of likely U.S. voters disapproved of Trump’s shenanigans in the White House. Furthermore, 50 percent of those strongly disapproved. They noted that gave him a presidential Approval Index of -25. They also noted former President Barack Obama never experienced such low approval numbers in the eight years he served as president.
So, what will Trump say about his favorite polling agency now? Twitter, yet again, has come back to haunt him with his tweet about Rasmussen. It’s time for Trump to finally accept the truth — no one likes him. He may have somehow weaseled his way into the White House; however, no one approves of it.
