President Trump, outside of occupying the highest office in the United States, is also a businessman with a large, sprawling portfolio, and he’s used his time in office to enrich his business holdings at least as much as he’s used it to advance the interests of the people who elected him.
He is currently on a seventeen-day vacation from the White House at his private golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, and while there, video has emerged of an incident that shows yet again just how committed to his public image over everything else that Donald Trump really is.
Trump has been known for crashing wedding parties held at one of his properties in the past. Indeed, the potential for a Trump stop-in was, at one time, a selling point.
In a video, which Sports Illustrated posted to Twitter this weekend and credited to Instagram user wigstagramsr, the president can be seen driving up on a wedding party in a golf cart, before getting out of the cart and sauntering over to the gathered people and saying, “Where’s the bride — c’mon.”
A not immediately identifiable person then shouts, “Everybody’s been cleared,” before Trump then points to someone and asks “Is my star doing a good job for you over here?” It’s not immediately clear who Trump is talking about.

Perhaps the people at the wedding party didn’t want to have Trump barge in on their festivities, although they were at Trump’s private golf club, so they likely didn’t have that much of a problem with him as a person. Trump surely didn’t seem to think about whether or not the people at the wedding party actually wanted him to crash their festivities.
Donald has claimed that the seventeen days he will be spending at his Bedminster gold club aren’t for “vacation,” writing on Twitter late last week, “This is not a vacation — meetings and calls!” This video, however, along with numerous other such photos and videos from around the internet, proves that, in the words of one Twitter commenter, Trump’s “meetings and calls” include such events as a “very important 10 PM meeting with a double cheeseburger and two orders of large fries.”
