Last week ‘moron-gate’ went viral after it was revealed that Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, called the president of the United States a moron. Trump’s reaction was pretty typical for an insecure elderly man raised by wolves, however, the overwhelming consensus was that Tillerson was right.
Now, we know the terrifying reason for Tillerson’s apparent rage. Donald Trump wants to multiply the amount of nuclear weapons America has tenfold.
NBC reported that Trump became upset after seeing data showing how America’s stockpile of nukes had actually gotten smaller in the past half century. What’s worse is that Trump made the unfortunate remarks in front of the world’s biggest military/security leaders.
According to NBC:
“The officials present, Trump’s advisers, among them the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, were surprised. Officials briefly explained the legal and practical impediments to a nuclear buildup and how the current military posture is stronger than it was at the height of the build-up. In interviews, they told NBC News that no such expansion is planned.”
Trump is only concerned about being bigger and better than every other nation on the planet. He has no worry of the environmental impact of producing nukes, nor is he concerned that they will ever be detonated, if fact, he may even be hoping for it.
“The July 20 meeting was described as a lengthy and sometimes tense review of worldwide U.S. forces and operations. It was soon after the meeting broke up that officials who remained behind heard Tillerson say that Trump is a ‘moron.'”
This is conveniently occurring during a time when Trump is in an all-out schoolyard bicker-fest with the dictator of North Korea. Trump seems to think that he can take care of North Korea in a way that no other American President has ever been able to. The problem is that Trump doesn’t understand or care about the ramifications of such action
