JUST IN: Milo Yiannopoulos’ Intern Arrested For Murder (DETAILS)

Over the past several months, there has been an uptick in violence from the far-right. During the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, VA, a Nazi drove a car into a crowd of counterprotesters, killing one of them and injuring several others. That wasn’t the last incident of violence carried out by the far-right. The Daily Beast has reported that a Trump supporter and YouTube conspiracy theorist has been arrested for the alleged murder of his father, after his dad called him a “Nazi.”

Lane Davis is no stranger to strange internet-driven outbursts and his parents, Charles and Catherine Davis, were used to them. However, on July 14, Davis’ parents were not in the mood to indulge his bizarre ramblings and asked him to leave. Rather than leave, he began chasing his father around the house and accusing him of being a pedophile while going on about internet-fed conspiracy theories. Davis’ mother, apparently frightened of her son, called 911. When asked for more details, Ms. Davis said that her son got worked up over something he read on the internet and admitted it happens fairly often.

‘“We’re trying to but he’s chasing us around the house,” she replied. “He’s mad about something on the internet about leftist pedophiles and he thinks we’re leftist and he’s calling us pedophiles. And I don’t know what all.”

‘Catherine laughed. “He just lives on the internet and he gets really worked up about everything that’s going on. He needs an intervention of some kind here.”’

The 911 call may have been what set Lane off as he reportedly said, “OK well, so here’s the deal. If I am going to go to prison for threatening to kill somebody, I mean…” His parents tried to reassure him that they didn’t want him to go to jail and only wanted him to get some help, but Lane refused to listen. Eventually, he grabbed a knife and stabbed his father, killing him.

When the police arrived, Lane apparently confessed to the crime saying his father had called him a Nazi.

‘In a seeming confession, Lane Davis told detectives that the fight had started over “whether toddlers could consent to sex or not,” and his father had called him a Nazi and a racist. Held on $1 million bail and represented by a public defender, Lane has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder. His trial is slated for January.’

In addition to his YouTube conspiracy theories, Davis also briefly worked for former Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos. In a statement,  said that he had experienced Davis’ anger issues firsthand, when he expressed disappointment in his work.

‘Mr. Davis was a volunteer for me for a brief period of time prior to my founding MILO Inc. I was unhappy with his work and discontinued the relationship. I then experienced his anger firsthand as he threatened me and later went to BuzzFeed making false and inaccurate accusations.’

Davis is currently being held on a million dollar bail and is being represented by a public defender.
