Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation has revealed some of the juiciest and most curious things that have painted the Trump family in a not-so-innocent light. It’s simply a fact that as more evidence is leaked to the press, the more Trump, his family, and his associates appear guilty.
Yet again, more information has been revealed that makes Lil’ Don Don Jr. look beyond guilty. CNN reported Friday that an email was sent to the Trump campaign that basically offered up the WikiLeaks documents that were hacked and released by the organization.
Those that received the email are reported to be Donald Trump himself, Lil’ Don Don, and other associates. CNN reported:
‘Candidate Donald Trump, his son Donald Trump Jr. and others in the Trump Organization received an email in September 2016 offering a decryption key and website address for hacked WikiLeaks documents, according to an email provided to congressional investigators.’
Now, what is most interesting about this finding is the fact that on the same day they received the email, Lil’ Don Don took to Twitter to share a Gateway Pundit story with the headline, “WIKILEAKS: Hillary Clinton Sent THOUSANDS of Classified Cables Marked ‘(C)’ for Confidential.”
CNN noted the timeline of the email came two months after WikiLeaks made the DNC hacked emails public and just one month before they leaked the John Podesta (Clinton’s campaign chairman) emails. Furthermore, the email the Trumps and Trumpettes received came three weeks before WikiLeaks personally reached out to Lil’ Don Don over Twitter’s direct messaging system.
Lil’ Don Don has, of course, said he doesn’t recall the email, which seems to be a recurring theme throughout the Trump administration. With as much as they can’t recall, they need to be evaluated for dementia.
His lawyer, Alan Futerfas released this statement:
‘We understand the media reported 12 hours prior to this email that the DNC emails had been hacked or leaked. We do not know who Mike Erickson is. We have no idea who he is. We never responded to the email.’
The email also offered up access to former Secretary of State Colin Powell’s hacked emails.
Lil’ Don Don’s attorney has confirmed the existence of the email, and the investigation is attempting to determine if it’s truly authentic. The email came from someone named “Mike Erickson,” and CNN has been unable to reach anyone by that name.
Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, tweeted he felt the email had little to do with the organization.
‘It’s not clear what this has to do with @WikiLeaks. Many enthusiastic readers emailed around archives of our publications during the election.’
What this all means is that there were attempts at collusion directly with the Trumps and the Trump campaign. Though Lil’ Don Don claimed he did not respond to the email, that does not mean he or his cohorts did not access the files.
Obviously based on his tweet the same day he received the email, he used the notification to his advantage. Congressional investigators cannot overlook this as just some weird coincidence. The guilt is strong with the Trumps, and investigators see it.
