Staffers Reveal Hilarious Reason Trump Made The Decision To Start Work Late Every Day

When President Obama was in office, Donald Trump devoted a lot of time and lies putting down the job he was doing. Every time the Obama family would go on vacation, we were treated to rude tweets from “The Donald” about how the president was wasting taxpayer money. Every time President Obama would play a round of golf, Trump would tweet that it wasn’t right that the president was taking time away from doing the people’s work. Trump also claimed that if he were lucky enough to become president he would spend all his time working for the betterment of the country. Evidently, that was just another lie perpetrated on the American public.

A scathing new report from Axios Sunday claims that Trump is spending less and less time working at his job, and more time watching television.

‘President Trump is starting his official day much later than he did in the early days of his presidency, often around 11am, and holding far fewer meetings, according to copies of his private schedule shown to Axios. This is largely to meet Trump’s demands for more “Executive Time,” which almost always means TV and Twitter time alone in the residence, officials tell us.’

His daily calendar lists the time he wastes on TV and Twitter as “Executive Time”, and he’s been pushing for more and more executive time the longer he’s in office. One has to wonder how he lists his many, many golf vacations on his calendar. Maybe “Executive Exercise” perhaps or “Executive Calisthenics” even. Truthfully, it should be listed as “Executive I can’t believe people are still falling for my BS time”.

Here’s an excerpt from his calendar last week: On Tuesday, Trump has his first meeting of the day with Chief of Staff John Kelly at 11am. He then has “Executive Time” for an hour, followed by an hour lunch in the private dining room. Then it’s another 1 hour 15 minutes of “Executive Time” followed by a 45 minute meeting with National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster. Then, another 15 minutes of “Executive Time” before Trump takes his last meeting of the day — a 3:45 pm meeting with the head of Presidential Personnel Johnny DeStefano — before ending his official day at 4:15 pm

So, his working day was from 11am to 4:15 pm. That’s a 5 hour and 15 minute workday. Once we cut out all his “Executive Time” though, we’re left with one hour and forty-five minutes of actual work he did for the day. Sadly he’ll play it off like he’s the hardest working man in America.

The commander of wasted time should feel like a hypocritical fraud after the way he treated President Obama. He tweeted hundreds of times about how President Obama wasted time and money not doing his job. But, once the electoral college placed Trump in the White House, he immediately started wasting time. Nearly a hundred days spent on the golf course so far haven’t helped this country one bit. They have, however, helped Trump’s bank account, because most of his golf outings are to Trump properties, and he gets to bill the American taxpayers for it.

Now we’re learning that he’s wasting even more time every day watching TV and playing with his phone. It’s despicable that someone could be so hypocritical and it’s pathetic that his supporters defend his right to waste that time. Where are the Republican protesters who were ready to impeach President Obama for playing golf or going on vacation? No one has heard a peep from them on the subject of wasted time when it has to do with Donald Trump. No, you’ll never hear a Republican complain about anything Trump does or says, and it’s a shame they can’t hold their idol to the same ideals they expected from President Obama.
