As the details of Trump’s alleged one-year affair with porn star Stormy Daniels emerge, an affair that began just over a year after Trump’s third marriage to his current wife and first lady Melania Trump, some of the more embarrassing and hilarious pieces of the story are just now being made public.
Donald Trump cannot stand any insinuation that he isn’t the absolute best at everything. His inauguration crowd was the “biggest in history, period.” His IQ is “one of the highest.” His memory is “one of the greatest of all time.”
Imagine his outrage when he reads that his alleged former mistress, porn star Stormy Daniels, had less than flattering remarks to make to Slate reporter Jacob Weisberg about Trump’s performance in bed. Contradicting the accounts made by other women about Trump being “the best sex I ever had,” Daniels (whose real name is Stephanie Clifford), had little good to say about the business mogul’s sexual prowess.
‘In our conversations, Daniels said she was holding back on the juiciest details, such as her ability to describe things about Trump that only someone who had seen him naked would know. She intimated that her view of his sexual skill was at odds with the remark attributed to Marla Maples.’
Daniels/Clifford had evidence to back up her claims to Weisberg, including having personal numbers of Trump’s personal assistant and bodyguard who would arrange the sexual encounters as well as her own close friends who confirmed the affair. The period of time in which Trump was carrying on his trysts with Daniels, from August to October in 2006, immediately followed the birth of his youngest son, Barron, who was born in March of the same year.
Trump had been married to his third and current wife, Melania, since January of 2005, about a year and a half before his affair with the porn star.
Other than being subjected to Trump’s subpar sexual skills, Daniels insisted to Weisberg she was neither a victim nor was she coerced or abused in any way.
‘The worst Trump had done, she said, was break promises she’d never believed he would fulfill. She claimed he’d offered to buy her a condo in Tampa, Florida, and that he’d said he wanted to feature her as a contestant in an upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice. Daniels, who is far from naïve, says she did not take him seriously, but Trump had insisted his NBC contract let him do whatever he wanted on the show. Eventually, she said, he’d told her the network wouldn’t allow her on the air because of the objections of an executive’s wife.’
Daniels also sent text messages to Weisberg that included photos of the non-disclosure agreements she was paid $130,000 to sign and agree to remaining silent about the affair during the final month of Trump’s presidential run in October of 2016.
Daniels told Weisberg that she first met Trump at his golf club after a tournament in 2006 and went to his hotel room the day they met. The affair reportedly lasted for one year. The porn star told Slate’s reporter that she was “sharing these details because Trump was stalling on finalizing the confidentiality agreement and paying her.”
‘Given her experience with Trump, she suspected he would stall her until after the election, and then refuse to sign or pay up.’
Weisberg also reports that while Daniels was very forthcoming about the details surrounding the affair, she immediately stopped communicating just a few weeks before the election. A close friend confirmed that Daniels’ had indeed been paid and her silence had been bought. Since the time that the agreement was signed and money allegedly handed over, Daniels began denying the sexual encounters ever took place.
Three friends of Daniels have confirmed the affair.
