Trump Caught Telling Lies About Democratic Candidate While Speaking In PA, Twitter Slaps It Back In His Face

Former federal prosecutor and marine Connor Lamb is the Democratic nominee for the March 13th special election in Pennsylvania’s 18th Congressional District, located in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Mr. Trump traveled to Moon Township, Pennsylvania on Saturday to campaign for Lamb’s opponent, Republican candidate Rick Saccone.

Of course, during his speech, Trump lambasted Lamb as being weak on crime, the border, and the second amendment. Fox News couldn’t wait to issue this tweet, quoting the president who slammed House Minority Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and the Democrats:

People quickly responded to Fox though, pointing out Mr. Trump’s blatant hypocrisy:

According to CNN:

‘ The 2018 midterm season is upon us and the storyline in the House and Senate will be the balance of power and whether Republicans can hold their majorities in both chambers. The momentum is tipping toward Democrats big time, particularly in House races, according to the latest CNN reporting. But Democrats are defending more than two dozen Senate seats, including 10 in states President Donald Trump won in 2016. Republicans have just eight Senate seats up for re-election.’

As for the Pennsylvania special election on March 13, a recent Monmouth Poll showed Connor Lamb within three points of his Republican challenger Rick Saccone. The candidates are running for former GOP Representative Tim Murphy’s seat. Back in October, Murphy resigned after it was found that a woman with whom he was having affair had an abortion.

As usual, dirty Republicans always like to deflect on Democrats after they have been largely unsuccessful in implementing policies or doing anything of monumental benefit. In fact, they are making the nation worse.
