New Ad Blasts Trump As A Racist Multiple Times – Goes Viral Within A Matter Of Seconds

“Donald Trump is a racist.” Five simple (and true) words. Republicans, in this post-truth landscape, have chosen to ignore this. But Democrats are calling it out from the mountaintops.

In a campaign ad for her run to become governor of South Carolina, Democrat Marguerite Willis straight-up tells it like it is:

‘There’s no doubt in my mind that Donald Trump is a racist. He’s a horrible racist. He’s the worst kind of racist, which is a racist who pretends he isn’t a racist.’

It’s easy to think that racism is cut and dried: if you don a Klan robe and promote violence against minorities, you are racist. If not, then you aren’t. But the truth is much more insidious. It turns out that you can claim to not be racist, and actually still be a racist.

Trump is well-versed in claiming to be:

‘[T]he least racist person you’ll ever meet.’

Does the least racist person say things like this?:

Or talk about black people this way?:

Or assume that all welfare recipients are black?

‘During that meeting, one of the members mentioned to Trump that welfare reform would be detrimental to her constituents— adding, “Not all of whom are black.” The president was incredulous. “Really? Then what are they?”‘

Willis’ mission is to defeat current Republican governor of South Carolina, Henry McMaster. McMaster (who has been found guilty of campaign finance violations) as a notable supporter of Trump. He gave a fawning nomination speech at the Republican National Convention.

When Willis criticizes the racism of Trump, she’s implicitly mentioning her opponent, who has come under fire for his racist actions. He refuses to leave his whites-only country club.
