Stormy Daniels’ attorney unleashed a fury when he revealed Donald Trump’s attorney, Michael Cohen’s, bank records. Those records unrolled a history of payments as the president’s fixer and receipts from huge corporations. Still, one company reacted very differently from all of the others.

Adult film actress and director Stormy Daniels’ real name is Stephanie Clifford. She hired attorney, Michael Avenatti, to represent her against the president. She and Trump two had a sexual experience, according to Daniels, months after First Lady Melania Trump gave birth to the couple’s son.
Cohen paid Daniels $130,000 in hush money days prior to the 2016 presidential election. He also made her sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA), to keep her quiet.
Avenatti has been one of the very few people to go up against Trump. His strategy continues to involve releasing bread crumbs of evidence, which set up a trap for Cohen and the man sitting in the Oval Office.

AT&T and major pharmaceutical company, Novartis, regretted paying Cohen’s fly-by-night company, Essential Consultants LLC – the same company  that paid Daniels’ hush money. They hired him, because he had access to the Trump and insight into how the new commander-in-chief worked.
Yet, the Korean company, KAI (Korean Aerospace Industries), has had no regrets. Spokesperson for the corporation, Oh Sung-keun, said they had no idea Cohen had anything to do with Trump. They said they hired the attorney for advice on accounting procedures, especially rules related to government contracts, according to The Washington Post.

Interesting — Cohen has no expertise relating to government accounting. His job revolved around real estate and fixing the president’s screwups.

The Korean government basically owns KAI, and it builds jets. Right now, it is in competition with Lockheed Martin for a $16 billion contract to build U.S. Air Force trainer jets and $48.8 million for American airplane maintenance. What happened to Trump’s America first idea?

KAI paid Cohen’s little company $150,000, according to a man who worked as a translator for the president’s attorney and the Korean company last year. The California resident, Mark Ko, has spoken to the FBI about the situation.
Ko said his part “was small,” according to the Washington Post:
‘My role as translator was small in this.’
KAI’s spokesperson, Oh, said:
‘As far as I knew, Cohen did not come in direct contact with KAI team. However, there might have been such contact during one of many working-level meetings that took place over the course of the consulting contract period. Mark Ko might have served as a translator between Cohen and KAI but we cannot confirm.’

Ko continued saying “many working-level meetings” took place:

‘As far as I knew, Cohen did not come in direct contact with KAI team. However, there might have been such contact during one of many working-level meetings that took place over the course of the consulting contract period. Mark Ko might have served as a translator between Cohen and KAI but we cannot confirm.’

According to Cohen’s attorneys, the record Avenatti released involved a “toxic mix of misinformation.”

Daniels’ attorney asked why Cohen was paying Ko’s company, Demeter Direct Inc.:

‘In 2017-18 — Why was Mr. Cohen paying Demeter Direct Inc. in Los Angeles large sums of money from his Essential Consultants LLC account?’

Ko said Avenatti’s comment was “irresponsible” and wrong:

‘It is not ‘huge sums.’

The plot thickens.
