It’s not the first time a Republican has been arrested for engaging in the very activities they have put effort into campaigning against. Mr. Trump himself is a walking contradiction, and now One GOP Representative is finding herself in serious trouble after she was caught doing something that could take down her whole political career.
New Mexico Representative Monica Youngblood (R) was arrested on Sunday night after she was pulled over at a DWI checkpoint. She can be heard on video insisting to a police officer that she was not driving while intoxicated. However, the officer concludes differently.
Youngblood cries and pleads with him telling him that she has always stood with the police, saying:
‘So many people tell me that you guys treat people like sh*t and I didn’t believe them.’
The office responds with:
‘I’m not treating you poorly at all.’
‘You guys treat people of color like sh*t and I always stand up for you guys.’
