Melania is Fed Up With Giuliani; Releases Retaliatory Statement About Stormy Affair Remarks

Rudy Giuliani has been all over the headlines after yet another disastrous interview that led to yet another boneheaded statement. Giuliani has a thing for speaking for others, but this time he seems to have overstepped his bounds by making up a total lie about the First Lady of the United States just to make his client look good.

It all started when Giuliani went on a long rant Wednesday about Stormy Daniels being a whore, and having no credibility because she works in the sex industry. Giuliani said this about Daniels:

“I respect women — beautiful women and women with value — but a woman who sells her body for sexual exploitation I don’t respect,” Giuliani said. “Tell me what damage she suffered. Someone who sells his or her body for money has no good name.”

He then went on to say this about Melania:

“She believes her husband and she doesn’t think it’s true.”

Thursday, Giuliani stood by his remarks, saying:

“Why would I withdraw them? You’re going to tell me being involved in pornography isn’t demeaning to women? I don’t know, do you have a daughter? I don’t have to undermine her credibility. She’s done it by lying.”

So many people have responded to Giuliani’s remarks, including Stormy’s lawyer Michael Avenatti:

Journalist Megyn Kelly said this:

“Melania Trump is classy and gorgeous and I really admire her. But she has posed nude for GQ magazine back in 2000. And so to suggest that Trump would never respect, and that Giuliani wouldn’t respect anybody whose ever sold her body for sexual exploitation — I’m not comparing the two, posing nude is not the same as being a porn star. But, come on!”

Now, Melania’s spokesperson has given a statement via Maggie Haberman of NY Times. Stephanie Grisham was quoting saying:

“I don’t believe Mrs. Trump has ever discussed her thoughts on anything with Mr. Giuliani.”

The internet responded in an uproar over Melania’s obvious attempt to separate herself from the Giuliani drama. We captured the best responses for you below:
