Actor Seth Rogen is a very famous liberal, well known for comedies like, Neighbors, Superbad, This Is The End, Pineapple Express, and The Interview. That last movie in particular put him in the middle of the political spotlight in 2014 when Kim Jong Un threatened the U.S. over the movie’s release.
Now, Rogen is at it again. Last night he was on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert when he revealed a very uncomfortable encounter with another staple in politics.
Rogen says he was at the airport when a couple of “very white” kids ran up to him asking for an autograph. The kids apparently told Rogen that their dad really wanted to meet him, and upon turning around, Rogen was met with the droopy face of Paul Ryan himself.
Ryan grabbed his hand and asked for a quick photo, to which Rogen was forced to reply with a giant negative.
“My whole body puckered, I tensed up, and I didn’t know what to do. I look over and his kids are standing right there expectantly, clearly fans of mine, and I said, ‘No way, man!’”
“’Furthermore, I hate what you’re doing to the country at this moment and I’m counting the days until you no longer have one iota of the power that you currently have.'”
“I’m glad I didn’t take a picture with Paul Ryan, I touched him so I don’t know how I feel about that,” he said. “His kids seemed lovely, and very Caucasian.”
