Trump simply cannot take criticism. A man this thin-skinned and easily riled had no business entering politics, much less entering the White House. Today, the president gave an interview on Fox News, an outlet that called Obama a “traitor,” a “p*ssy,” and a terrorist, and said that news organizations who don’t constantly praise him are unfair, “crazed,” and “lunatics.”
Irony is officially dead.

When asked by sycophant Ainsley Earhardt if the press really is “the enemy of the people,” as Trump has insisted repeatedly since his campaign days, he answered:
‘No, no, the fake news is. And the fake news is comprised of, it’s a big chunk, okay? Somebody said, “what’s the chunk?” and I said “80 percent.” It’s a lot. It’s a lot.” Uh, if I do something well, it’s not reported other than in the 20 percent. I mean, The New York Times cannot write a good story about me. They’re crazed. They’re like lunatics.’
According to Trump’s consistently low and ever-lowering approval ratings, most Americans think there is little to nothing positive about his presidency to report. However, The New York Times has absolutely printed positive stories about Trump, such as one with the headline “We Ran Out Of Words To Describe How Good The Jobs Numbers Are.”
Just as Trump once told his rabid fanbase that all negative polls against him are fake, Trump extends that same criticism to any outlet that reports something negative against him despite numerous sources from inside the White House as sources validating the news.
Twitter was outraged and disgusted by Trump’s tweet. See some of their comments below:
