Donald Trump has a real problem. This is not an everyday problem, even for the Donald. POTUS cannot help projecting his actions onto others, which is a very serious issue not only for him but for the nation. Does he not realize that by telling this supposed secret, he has brought attention to one of his own dark covert actions?
In his early morning tweet, the president claimed that the #MeToo movement and the crowds of sexually abused women and their supporters protesting in Washington, D.C. were simply “paid D.C. protesters.” In his dreams:
‘The paid D.C. protesters are now ready to REALLY protest because they haven’t gotten their checks – in other words, they weren’t paid! Screamers in Congress, and outside, were far too obvious – less professional than anticipated by those paying (or not paying) the bills!’
How dare the president of these United States diminish the protests of these women and men, as many ripped open their hearts and exposed the deep hurts within them? He said they were paid, when he in fact, the commander-in-chief, has had to pay so many of the people in his rallies to fill out the camera shots.
Donald Trump announced his run for the presidency at Trump Tower. Then, both he and Melania Trump rode the escalator down into a cheering crowd. Too bad that they were paid actors.
When he was in Kansas City to speak at the annual Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) convention, the crowd was sparse, because so many veterans dislike him. In fact, there were so few member in the audience, that the president’s handlers had to usher those in attendance up to the front of the room.
Then, when POTUS was in Topeka, Kansas, the cameras could not hide the empty bleachers in the background.
