Donald Trump is not very good at presidenting, and has proven that time and again since his very short tenure in the most prestigious position in American government. He golfs more than any other president in history, spending nearly every weekend and holidays at one of his resorts while the country is turning upside down. Now, the president has announced yet another break from running the country, and this one will last until November 7th, election day.
According to reports from CBS, Trump is forgoing some of his presidential duties until election day because he has decided holding two rallies a day for the week leading up to election day is a much better plan for the nation.

CBS Correspondent Major Garrett has this to say about Trump’s fear mongering regarding the immigrant caravan coming within days:
“In House races and maybe in the most important place for House races, California, it works against the president and Republican interests. You can’t think of this issue as all or nothing. It is a base mobilizer in certain places, it may hurt [Republicans] in other places.”
“We’ve never seen that before. Usually, if it’s a midterm, one party is up, the other party is depressed.”
“He will do two a day in the six days up to the election. That’s intense personalization of national politics Trump’s way. He wants to make it [a referendum on Trump]. His supporters look at that and say, ‘He’s out there strong and bold, we need to be out there for him.’”
Americans are furious after learning that the president will be putting on these very costly performances, two a night, on the tax payer’s dime. The responses to CBS’ tweet are very telling of exactly what people think about the president right about now.
