Anytime Donald Trump sits for an interview with Fox News, viewers are braced for him to dial up the crazy. After all, what else would the most narcissistic, clueless president in history do when faced with softball questions from fawning interviewers?
For instance, Wallace asked Trump what grade he would give his presidency so far. If anyone expected anything less than what Trump answered, they haven’t been paying attention.
‘Look, I hate to do it, but I will do it, I would give myself an A plus. Is that enough? Can I go higher than that?’
In an assessment by presidential historians, Trump was rated among the worst presidents in history at this point in his first term. Trump would call that “fake news.”

The egomaniac-in-chief was also asked how he ranks himself compared to presidents like Abraham Lincoln and Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Trump deflected and bragged about the economy, which Trump has only continued, and not at the same rate of growth, from President Obama’s administration.
‘I think I’m doing a great job. We have the best economy we’ve ever had. We’re doing really well. We would have been at war with North Korea if, let’s say, that administration continued forward.’

After spending weeks campaigning for candidates in the midterms, where Trump said numerous times that while he wasn’t on the ballot, in a way he was, he then backtracked when asked about massive GOP losses in the House and in governorships across the country, saying “my name wasn’t on the ballot.”

Of course, he also insisted that his greatest accomplishment was single-handedly avoiding war with North Korea. No other president took us to war with Kim Jong Un, either, and they didn’t have to “fall in love” with the dictator to avoid it.
‘I think North Korea’s been very tough because you know we were very close. When I took that over President Obama.. he said that’s by far the biggest problem that this country has.’

The full interview airs at 2:00 PM EST on Fox News and is sure to include even more nuggets of stupidity from Trump.
Twitter was amused and incredulous over Trump’s ego and the soft handling of history’s most controversial president by Chris Wallace. Read some of their comments below:
