Sarah Huckabee Sanders must have had to make a deal with the devil to land up as press secretary to the president of these United States but in this White House and under this Donald Trump. She has completely redesigned her job. The White House press secretary used to work for the people, but Sanders works for a man with no empathy.
Apparently, her audience is no longer the masses, but just one — Trump, American people be damned. In order to satisfy her very, very difficult boss, she must lie as often as he does. For example, she claimed in her morning tweet that former FBI director James Comey had “tremendous corruption.”
‘Republicans should stand up to Comey and his tremendous corruption – from the fake Hillary Clinton investigation, to lying and leaking, to FISA abuse, and a list too long to name. The President did the country a service by firing him and exposing him for the shameless fraud he is.’
Then, Sanders went on to re-emphasize the fiction that Trump wanted his followers to believe. She tweeted that Comey had not punished Hillary Clinton enough. Apparently, the former FBI director was also a liar, a leaker, and an abuser of FISA. If the press secretaries tweets were not space limited, she would have gone on listing Comey’s flaws and faults.
After that, she shamelessly sucked up to her boss. Yay, Trump fired Comey. Yay, Trump told people what a fraud Comey was.
No doubt, Sanders is talented. Unfortunately, that talent appears to run to the dark side.’
