Donald Trump has already been on a rant about Michael Cohen, insisting that he’s going to lie to prosecutors and in front of Congress about crimes committed by Trump after taking office.
In opening statement, Michael Cohen plans to show copies of two $35k checks, one signed by Pres.Trump in Aug ‘17 and another – sources say – by Donald Trump, Jr & Trump Org CFO Allen Weisselberg in March ‘17. Cohen will say this was part of reimbursement for Stormy Daniels deal. pic.twitter.com/9JS0l53I0K

In an explosive bombshell, he also revealed that the hush money checks that got him convicted of campaign finance violations were signed not only by the president but by Trump Organization CEO Allen Weisselberg and Donald Trump, Jr.
MSNBC reported the breaking news.
‘A new draft of Michael Cohen’s testimony obtained by NBC News says Cohen is giving House investigators other checks to reimburse him for hush money to Stormy Daniels. These checks are signed by Donald Trump Jr. and Allen Weisselberg.’
NEW: In addition to the check signed by Trump, Cohen will discuss a March 2017 check for $35,000 signed by Weisselberg and Don Jr. that was one of the installments of his reimbursment for the Stormy Daniels payment. https://t.co/uYo5HVT1g9

No matter how many times Trump tries to undermine the credibility of Cohen, and he has certainly been proven to have been dishonest in front of Congress before, if he has proof of his statements like he does the checks written to reimburse him for the hush money payments to Trump’s mistress, Stormy Daniels, it’s going to be hard to deny those. It also doesn’t appear that the payments are the only secret Cohen has kept for Trump.
ABC News reports:
‘According to the copy of Cohen’s prepared remarks, he’ll be presenting evidence including: a copy of a check Trump allegedly wrote, after taking office, to reimburse Cohen for hush-money paid to an adult-film star; copies of letters written by Cohen threatening Trump’s high school, colleges and the College Board not to release his grades or SAT scores; and copies of financial statements from 2011 to 2013.’

Cohen also answered a burning question about Trump’s alleged obstruction of justice. While Cohen says that Trump certainly lied about his business dealings in Russia during the 2016 presidential campaigns, he did not directly tell Cohen to lie. Rather, he simply implied it, which Cohen insists is how Trump operates.
‘Mr. Trump did not directly tell me to lie to Congress. That’s not how he operates. In conversations we had during the campaign, at the same time I was actively negotiating in Russia for him, he would look me in the eye and tell me there’s no business in Russia and then go out and lie to the American people by saying the same thing. In his way, he was telling me to lie.’
Michael Cohen's testimony is out. Cohen says:
– Roger Stone told Trump about DNC email leaks
– Trump wrote a personal check to Cohen for hush money/campaign finance violations
– Trump implied Cohen should lie about Moscow tower deal
– Don Jr. told Trump about a June '16 meeting— Roey Hadar (@roeyhadar) February 27, 2019
