The president usually takes his messages a few steps too far, even showing downright disrespect for things that people hold sacred. Trump pretends to be a Christian, so you would think that when news broke about the horrendous fire at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France, he would be a bit more sympathetic in his thoughts on the loss of such a historic religious establishment.
Instead, he tweeted this:

Trump put aside his relentless tweeting Monday morning to use his skills and experience as a fire fighter, urging first responders in Paris to “act quickly,” as if they weren’t already doing everything they could to save the building.
