The president has a hard time keeping White House positions filled, as the Oval Office has seemingly been fitted with a revolving door for the constant turnover of employees coming and going. One can only assume that working for the most hated president in American history adds its stress, but this is getting ridiculous.
Saturday, Trump himself got ahead of the game by announcing the departure of the interim White House Counsel via his Twitter page. This is what Trump had to say:
“Emmet Flood, who came to the White House to help me with the Mueller Report, will be leaving service on June 14th. He has done an outstanding job – NO COLLUSION – NO OBSTRUCTION! Case Closed! Emmet is my friend, and I thank him for the GREAT JOB he has done.”
People immediately began speaking out about the problems associated with being a Trump employee, like the one below.
