Fox Host Defects, Turns On Whole Network Because Of Trump

Fox News has been known for its fake news since way before President Trump coined the phrase during his 2016 campaign. The network provides a special kind of alternative facts for a special kind of American. The kind that wants to make up their own reality, so that it fits their feelings of hatred and vitriol for certain parts of the planet, even certain parts of the nation.

Now, a former employee of Fox News is speaking out against the network’s reliability when it comes to the truth. Carl Cameron worked at Fox for over twenty years and says that he left the network due to the network being overtaken by conservative hosts who spin their own right-wing agenda.

Cameron said:

“What’s a former Fox guy doing here on Front Page Live partnering with progressives? Well, it’s about facts, not partisanship.”

He continued:

“But over the years, the right-wing hosts drowned out straight journalism with partisan misinformation. I left, unique insight and understanding of how the right operates and literally 30 years of covering Donald Trump.”

Now Front Page Live’s chief political correspondent, Cameron says he was drawn in by the company, which he views as “a powerful resource for anyone who wants real facts over partisan propaganda.”

Cameron told WaPo that he greatly “respect for the people that try to do journalism” at Fox, especially because of their strength to suck it up and do the job.

Cameron created Front Page Live with Joseph Romm, the founding editor of ClimateProgress. Romm had this to say:

“Part of our goal is to be an antidote to the Drudge Report. But whereas Drudge aggregates and viralizes right-wing content, which includes a lot of disinformation and climate science denial, we will aim to aggregate and viralize accurate news. We are ‘liberal’ only in the sense that climate science has been labeled ‘liberal’ by climate science deniers.”

“We are trying to be a place that will save people time because it’s simply way too hard for anyone to sip quality water from the open fire hydrant that is online news and social media — especially because there is so much sewage thrown in.”
