Early Sunday morning, Trump took to Twitter and unleashed a tweet-storm that will go down in history as being the most racist thing a sitting U.S. President has ever said.
So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly……

….and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how….

….it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!

Since then, Trump has not only denied being a racist, but hasn’t stopped talking about it! Just this morning, he doubled down on what he said Sunday and has been at it all day even saying WORSE things (if you can imagine that) and had the audacity to accuse Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of hating Jews! And to add to that, he started it up again on Twitter Monday night! He really just can’t seem to let it go.
Well, one person HAS let it go in the best way possible, and that’s one of the four women of color in the White House who Trump has been pinpointing in his bigoted attacks, Rep. Ayanna Pressley, (D-MA). Tonight, Pressley told NBC Boston’s Alison King:
‘I’ve moved on, and the American people in my district need for me to move on.
‘I don’t have the time to be offended or outraged about [a] predictable pattern of hateful, bigoted rhetoric from the occupant of this White House.’
Watch:
EXCLUSIVE: I asked @RepPressley her reaction to Trump tweet calling for her to go back to her country of origin. More from my interview coming up at 4, 5 and 6pm @NBC10Boston pic.twitter.com/qXKBN3IwHC

Pressley is also on record for what she said when she responded immediately following Trump’s racist remarks:
‘THIS is what racism looks like. WE are what democracy looks like. And we’re not going anywhere. Except back to DC to fight for the families you marginalize and vilify everyday.’
I, for one, and glad that we have strong women like Rep. Pressley in Washington. Trump needs to be taken down and it would be that much better if the person who finally shuts him up were a woman of color.
