As Donald Trump heads off to the G-7 Summit of USA’s allies, the world is laughing at him. He seriously believed that he could buy Greenland, which is an autonomous territory of Denmark. Then, he was furious with Denmark’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen when she told him no. As long as the world is laughing, America might as well laugh, too, This is hilarious.
The Daily News lampooned Leonardo Da Vinci’s painting of The Last Supper, an important Christian scene from Jesus’ last free day on Earth. The tabloid entitled its cover “The Last Whopper.” Of course, the president was seated center and with more hair. Note, the banquet of whoppers and fries set before this king of kings.
The subtitle was:
‘”Chose One” Trump eats up “King of Israel” label from right-wing conspiracy nut.’
At his side were his sycophants: Vice President Mike Pence, son-in-law Jared Kushner, favorite daughter Ivanka Trump, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Dr. Ben Carson, wife Melania Trump, and former Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos. The rendering did not indicate which one of them was supposed to represent Judas, the betrayer of the Christ-like figure.
The president of these United States started it all by insulting America’s Jews. First off, he treated them as if they voted in tandem. Secondly, he deeply offended the Jewish community from the Oval Office when he said that Jews who voted for Democrats had “either a total lack of knowledge or great disloyalty.”
His aides and defenders tried to clean up this presidential mess, but the next day Trump doubled down on his belief as he stood before his helicopter Marine One and spoke to reporters from the White House lawn, The New York Times reported that he said:
‘If you want to vote Democrat, you are being very disloyal to Jewish people and very disloyal to Israel.’
When people reacted badly to his Jewish insults, Trump retweeted conspiracy theorist Wayne Allyn Root’s bizarre accolades:
‘“Thank you to Wayne Allyn Root for the very nice words. “President Trump is the greatest President for Jews and for Israel in the history of the world, not just America, he is the best President for Israel in the history of the world…and the Jewish people in Israel love him….’
These were the words that Trump latched onto, “King of Israel” and “the second coming of God.” Ironically, everyone seems to forget that Jews do not believe in the Christain “first coming.” Trump might reconsider when he realizes that Christians have the anti-Christ appear, before the second coming. Root continued:
‘….like he’s the King of Israel. They love him like he is the second coming of God…But American Jews don’t know him or like him. They don’t even know what they’re doing or saying anymore. It makes no sense! But that’s OK, if he keeps doing what he’s doing, he’s good for…..’
