People have begun to wonder about Donald Trump’s mental health. Many started to shut off his defense of the Alabama sharpie incident after 100 hours. After all, it was like a stuck record playing the same notes over and over. Then, this happened.
All of a sudden the leader of the free world posted a photo of a cat trying to catch the light of a moving light pen on top of his desk in the Oval Office. The same photo of Trump with his altered National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) weather map:
