House Intel Chair Makes Major Whistleblower Announcement

Donald Trump admitted that he talked to Ukrainian President Vladimir (Volodymyr) Zelensky. He even said that he pressured him. Then, he said held back the nearly $400 million in military aid to a country in desperate need and under attack by the Russians. What was Trump thinking?

It looked as if he was airing all his dirty laundry before putting it right back on. Then, the president started spinning out the excuses and stonewalling. Fortunately, the Democrats have been on the cusp of announcing an impeachment inquiry. Finally.

The Dems will be able to pry information and people out of the president’s tightly clasped hands once an impeachment hearing is announced. More importantly, right now the House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff (R-CA) has announced the whistleblower wanted to come before the committee. He said:

‘We have been informed by the whistleblower’s counsel that their client would like to speak to our committee and has requested guidance from the Acting DNI as to how to do so. We‘re in touch with counsel and look forward to the whistleblower’s testimony as soon as this week.’

The House needed over half of the Democrats in the House to win a vote to move on with impeachment hearings. The drip-drip-drip of the Democrats moving over to the impeachment side has turned into a flood. Hang on. We are in the midst of history.
