Minneapolis Officials Toll Trump With Funny Holiday In His Honor

Trump gets clowned everywhere he goes. Trump can’t even leave the country without foreigners mocking or protesting before he’s even arrived, so the monumentally rightful hate he receives here in America is exactly what he deserves.

Thursday night, Trump has a rally in Minnesota, and week before he was set to arrive, the mayor of the city was making headlines for anti-Trump statements he made to the press. And now, that same mayor has announced that today.

Mayor Jacob Frey made the following announcement this evening:

“Minneapolis will put on full display tonight the love and compassion for our neighbors that has made our city world-class.”

On Tuesday, Trump went after Frey on Twitter over the media taunts caught the president’s attention. Trump said this:

“Someone please tell the Radical Left Mayor of Minneapolis that he can’t price out Free Speech. Probably illegal!”

Frey responded via his own Twitter account with this:

“Someone tell the President of the United States that he can afford to help pay for the extra time our officers will be putting in while he’s in town.”

This all comes after Trump skipped out on a rally bill in El Paso, Texas just before the city was ravaged by gun violence. One thing is certain. Jacob Frey will not let Trump get away with his usual tricks.
