Schiff Ends Thursday Proceedings With A Swift Kick For Trump

Adam Schiff is a major enemy of the president of the United States, and while that would normally mean he’s an enemy of the nation, in the twilight zone we seem to be stuck in currently, it means that he’s a hero that will be admired for centuries to come for his role in taking down America’s first dictator.

Trump absolutely hates everything about Schiff, even giving him a few of his childish little nicknames that are meant to impugn Schiff’s manhood. What Trump doesn’t understand is that when Schiff talks, people listen and respect what he has to say.

Schiff even tweeted this about an hour ago:

So, when Schiff said this Thursday afternoon during the LIVE impeachment hearings, people around the world reacted. Schiff said:

“The difference between then and now is not the difference between Nixon and Trump, it’s the difference between that Congress and this one. And so we are asking … where are the people who are willing to go beyond their party to look to their duty?”
Schiff continued:
[W]hat we’ve seen here is far more serious than a third-rate burglary of the Democratic headquarters,” Schiff said, invoking Watergate. “What we’re talking about here is the withholding of recognition in that White House meeting. The withholding of military aid to an ally at war. That is beyond anything Nixon did.”
Schiff closed out the hearing by saying this with a swift swing of the gavel:
“There is nothing more dangerous than an unethical president who believes they are above the law. And I would just say to people watching at home and around the world … we are better than that.”

People on Twitter went crazy almost instantly. You can just tell by watching Schiff that he was an amazing prosecutor. The way in which he handles unruly Republicans is almost alien, and the precision with which he slays each and every hearing is about as impressive as it gets.

Other comments, and quite a few of them, were targeting Schiff for what these Twitter users believe is misconduct on HIS behalf. Check out what people were saying int he comment thread of the tweet:
