Trump Caught On Video Disrespecting National Anthem

Donald Trump is easily bored, so kudos to First Lady Melania Trump. His top security advisers noticed this as they tried to read him in on the top-secret developments involved in running this great machine — America. They tried adding pictures in a desperate attempt to reign in his interest, even resorting to studding them with Trump’s name. Now this.

Leave it to the impeached one to demean that which has been most sacred and moving to patriotic Americans from “sea to shining sea.” At the 100th Super Bowl, where the Kansas City Chiefs won after half a century, the president was already bored as patriots stood for our moving national anthem, America The Beautiful.

Then, an Instagram turned up with POTUS standing but fidgeting, pointing his finger, then Trump did an air conducting to invisible marching band. Those around him stood with their attention focused on one of the few things that unite Americans right now.

As amber waves of grain in song rose to the stars, this is what the president was doing, according to the Miami Courier-Journal:

In 2018, Trump appeared on Fox & Friends for an interview, where he said:

‘You have to stand, proudly, for the national anthem or you shouldn’t be playing. You shouldn’t be there. Maybe you shouldn’t be in the country.’

During the 2019 World Cup, co-captain of the U.S. Women’s World Cup team Megan Rapinoe tweeted:

‘Maybe they should try another country that allows them a little more freedom & success?’

Trump has tweeted angry messages about the football star Colin Kaepernick taking a knee during the nation’s anthem for years. Kaepernick was silently and powerfully protesting police brutality in the black community.  POTUS claimed he was disrespecting members of the military.

The football player was blackballed.
